Interior Design
Interior design services can be tailored to your needs. Many clients want full service design to include kitchen layouts, bathroom layouts, and all interior selections and furniture, while others may not need this level of assistance.
Our ideal preference is to work with you, your architect, and builder early on so the project can stay on budget and on time. Custom designed homes and renovations that are well thought out in advance make a project go much more smoothly.
We are also comfortable being brought on midway through a project to assist with material and paint selection, light fixtures, plumbing, furniture, and artwork/décor.
Consulting
A custom home build or renovation can be extremely overwhelming and time consuming. Building upon our own personal experience flipping houses in Charleston, we have embarked upon one renovation and three custom builds in less than 10 years. We offer consulting services to help you adjust architectural plans, review builder budgets and contracts, and even attend meetings or plan site visits to assist with project management.
We are capable of being your liaison during the entire build or in stages where you need additional expertise or guidance.
Consulting fees are charged on a project fee basis and are worth the investment if this is your first time doing a custom build or large scale renovation
